I’m definitely feeling the effects of this strange winter, going from wonderfully warm to feeling the chill.  If you’re starting to feel the effects of winter, including catching a cold (like I did), Daxon has provided the readers of Any Second Now with some tips on how to feel fabulous!

  1. Thank you for this great reminder. There are definitely some of the above, that I could be more aware of! Though we just had a little snow here in Denmark, the weather is actually very mild, and it just makes me longing even more for spring to come. But all in all it is a cold and dark time of year, and taking good care of one self is a good help to “survive”! 🙂

    1. Yes it is Conni! Our weather out here in California is quite up and down, but very nice lately. It’s a great list because we always forget to really do things to make ourselves feel good when the weather is quite weird!
